Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionAt Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we offer you the chance to be part of a hardworking team where your dedication and versatility are valued.As a Project Manager for PDS (Pharmaceutical Development Services), you will have a key role in implementing our projects flawlessly and meeting the highest standards of excellence.This position provides an opportunity to work on impactful projects critical to our mission, enabling your professional growth and significant contribution to our success.The Project Manager is required to:Handle multiple tasks within the assigned projects at the same time, multiple customer's requests in the expected timeline with high quality results.Host and manage customers' visits, prepare presentations, write the minutes of the meetings and teleconferences.Facilitate the progress of the project activities and support to keep project timelines within the project plans agreed with customer, support to project tasks where needed, facilitating communication flow and exchange of information within project teams.Update project and billing plans and support finance by projects billing.Draft contract based on Company cost structure and guidelines from technical teams, to be provided to quotation team.The Project Manager is required to have strong communication skills to:Effectively communicate, internally and externally, with professional approach to pro-actively, active listening, effective message delivery, empathy, proactive attitude.Influence and persuade to adopt appropriate decisions and recommendations.Escalate issues for discussion and resolution.Promote a positive, professional and pro-active culture within the function.Well organized and detail oriented.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Problem solving, decision making, negotiation and influencing capacity.Customer and result orientation.Ability to motivate others.Requirements:BA or MS in Chemistry/ Pharmacy/ Biological Sciences or similar.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and of Internet.Preferably Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company.1-3 years in technical field or in a related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact).English fluent.Any other second language is preferred.Why You'll Love Working HereWe believe in encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment where all employees can compete and excel.Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.Together, we can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world.#J-*****-Ljbffr
