ABOUT US :We are Iveco Group, home of unique people and brands that power your business and mission to advance a more sustainable society.We have a diversified business portfolio covering the full range of commercial and specialty vehicles, as well as a complete powertrain offering.Our eight brands are each a major force in its specific businessWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a junior professional to join our Quality team, focusing on warranty returns and 0 hours claims analysis.The candidate will support data collection, aggregation, and analysis activities related to warranty/0 hours flows, contributing to the creation of reports aimed at continuous product and process improvement.He/She will interact with Field Warranty, Product quality, Customer Service, Supplier Quality and engineering teams and collaborate to key projects related to product and technical zero hours claims.ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES:Analyze warranty return data from workshops and customers.Aggregate and normalize technical and quality-related data.Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring defect causes.Create periodic reports and presentations for management.Collaborate with product quality, customer service and engineering teams.Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate to standardize lesson learned and best practices into systemic and structured flows.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, or related fields), or technical diploma with relevant experience.Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar).Ability to read and interpret technical data.English knowledge (B1/B2 level).Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience (even brief) in quality, aftersales, or data analysis.Knowledge of databases and query languages (e.g., SQL).Familiarity with industrial environments and production processes.SOFT SKILLS:Flexibility,Teamwork attitude and problem-solving orientationGood communication capabilitiesStrongly self-motivated, determined and proactive, result drivenJoin us
