Per importante multinazionale leader nel settore dei servizi, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER La risorsa presidierà un cluster geografico internazionale e si occuperà di: Definizione e coordinamento dei piani di Formazione annuali; Gestione dei processi di Talent Review, Performance Management e Succession Planning; Attivare iniziative di Engagement (Survey); Partecipare a gruppi di lavoro internazionali; Gestione del budget di funzione. Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti Esperienza di almeno 6 anni in ruoli L&D, all'interno di aziende internazionali. Consuetudine/agilità nel relazionarsi con referenti multi-paese; Ottime doti comunicative; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord (MI) Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
