TAX Manager Natuzzi è orgogliosa di promuovere un ambiente di lavoro basato sul rispetto, l'onestà e l'entusiasmo.Una realtà multinazionale, quotata alla Borsa di New York, con una lunga storia alle spalle ed un futuro sempre orientato alla crescita.Una impresa che copre sia le dimensioni produttive (con stabilimenti in Italia e all'Estero), sia le dimensioni commerciali, con subsidiaries e negozi in tutto il Mondo.Siamo alla ricerca di un TAX Manager .La risorsa sarà responsabile del coordinamento e dello svolgimento di tutte le attività in ambito fiscale, anche attraverso il Team Tax, assicurando la gestione delle attività specialistiche ed operational previste dalla normativa nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali definite, dando seguito alle istruzioni e direttive ricevute dal Financial Statement & Tax Director.Garantire la conformità fiscale globale attraverso il coordinamento del Team di lavoro e dei Team finanziari locali, nonché consulenti esterniGestire quotidianamente i quesiti interni in ambito fiscale, fornendo supporto operativo e interpretativo in materia fiscaleGarantire l'esecuzione degli adempimenti fiscaliGestire il Transfer Price e le questioni fiscali transfrontaliereGestire questioni fiscali straordinarie (fusioni e acquisizioni, nuove entità, ristrutturazioni)Supportare l'implementazione e il miglioramento del quadro di controllo fiscale e dei processi di controllo del rischio fiscaleMonitorare e studiare gli sviluppi della legislazione fiscale, le modifiche legislative in materia fiscale, evidenziando i potenziali impatti per il GruppoLaurea magistrale in ambito economico o giuridicoOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese
