Bim Specialist

RINA is currently recruiting for a Bim Specialist - Strutture to join its office in Genoa, Lecce or Naples - Italy within the Civil Engineering Division.MissionThe role focuses on implementing and coordinating BIM processes throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects.The role contributes to the efficient and accurate execution of projects.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for structural works using Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit.Coordinate and integrate structural models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP) to ensure consistency and quality.Perform advanced modeling, clash detection, and model validation.Integrate 4D (time) and 5D (cost) aspects into BIM models to support project scheduling, budgeting, and construction simulations.Process and manage point clouds, converting them into accurate BIM models for as-built and renovation projects.Prepare and review technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and support project reporting.Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other BIM specialists.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.Stay updated on BIM standards, technologies, and best practices.EducationMaster's Degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureQualificationsProven experience in BIM roles focused on structural projects (3-5 years at least)Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures and Autodesk RevitExperience with other BIM software will be considered as a plusExperience with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration is highly valuedProven ability to process and use point clouds within BIM workflowsStrong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO *****, UNI *****)Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage complex deadlinesGood level of English (both spoken and written)CompetenciesBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.Our business model covers the full process of project development, from concept to completion.At RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind.We are also compliant to the Italian Law n.*****.#J-*****-Ljbffr
