La tua nuova aziendaIl nostro cliente è una realtà italiana consolidata, specializzata nella progettazione, realizzazione e manutenzione di impianti meccanici complessi , tra cui impianti HVAC, termotecnici, idraulici, antincendio e sistemi industriali per il settore civile, terziario e produttivo .Il tuo nuovo ruoloA diretto riporto della Direzione Tecnica, il Project Manager avrà la responsabilità completa della gestione delle commesse affidate e si occuperà di:Pianificare, coordinare e monitorare tutte le attività legate alla realizzazione degli impianti meccanici, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi.Gestire i rapporti con cliente, progettisti, Direzione Lavori, fornitori e subappaltatori, garantendo una comunicazione efficace e tempestiva.Supervisionare le fasi di installazione e messa in servizio degli impianti meccanici (HVAC, termotecnici, idrico-sanitari, antincendio e impianti industriali).Controllare lo stato di avanzamento economico delle commesse, inclusa la predisposizione di documentazione tecnico-amministrativa e SAL.Coordinare il team di cantiere e supportare le attività operative per la risoluzione di problematiche tecniche.Assicurare il rispetto delle normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente.Contribuire alla continua ottimizzazione dei processi interni e alla gestione dei rapporti commerciali relativi ai progetti in corso.Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successoLaurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Energetica o titolo tecnico equivalente.Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Project Manager, Project Engineer o Responsabile di Commessa nel settore degli impianti meccanici (HVAC, termotecnici, antincendio, idraulici o industriali).Ottima capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi impiantistici, elaborati progettuali e capitolati tecnici.LocationMilanoPackage retributivoIl pacchetto retributivo e l'inquadramento saranno definiti in base all'esperienza maturata e alle competenze effettive del candidato, con una previsione indicativa tra i ****** e i ****** €.Sarà data in dotazione un'automobile ad uso promiscuo.I candidati di ambo i sessi, dopo aver visionato l'informativa obbligatoria sulla privacy sul sito , sono pregati di inviare il CV in formato Word, indicando il riferimento (Rif. ******) nonché il proprio consenso al trattamento dei dati personali ex D.Lgs.******.Aut.Min.N. 13/I/************* del 1 Aprile ****.#LI-DNI
