DescrizionePer azienda multinazionale leader nel settore elettronico, con sede in provincia di Padova, ricerchiamo un/una:MANUFACTURING TEST ENGINEER – ELECTRONICSLa posizioneInserito/a all'interno del Group Operations Team, la risorsa avrà la missione di progettare, installare e rilasciare sistemi di test per la produzione elettronica, garantendo l'adozione di standard comuni a livello globale e coordinando le attività di testing tra i vari plant internazionali.Responsabilità principaliGestire l'intero ciclo di vita delle macchine di test: acquisizione, installazione, validazione e manutenzione.Migliorare programmi di test e performance delle apparecchiature, analizzando guasti e definendo contromisure mirate.Formare e supportare ingegneri e operatori nei diversi plant, favorendo la condivisione delle competenze.Collaborare con R&D e Digital Manufacturing per integrare i sistemi di test con SCADA/MES e supportare la progettazione orientata al test.Presenziare in linea (gemba) per osservare le modalità di guasto, validare le contromisure e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi.Analizzare i casi di guasto, definire contromisure e supportare il miglioramento della qualità.AziendaJefferson Wells è la società di consulenza leader nell'Executive Search e nella ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali e di alta expertise.RequisitiRequisiti:-Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica o discipline affini.-Esperienza nel collaudo di prodotti elettronici (In-Circuit Test, Functional Test).-Conoscenza di base di LabVIEW, Visual Basic, Python, progettazione di fixture e lettura schemi elettronici.-Familiarità con Capability Analysis, MSA, R&R e principi di Project Management.-Attitudine analitica, problem solving, curiosità e adattabilità.-Orientamento all'innovazione e al miglioramento continuo.-Capacità di lavoro in team interfunzionali e internazionali.-Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Cosa si offre:-Inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato.-RAL commisurata all'esperienza.-Welfare aziendale: assicurazione vita, piattaforma welfare, contributi spese scolastiche, premio di risultato, mensa aziendale.Mettiamo a disposizione manager e consulenti altamente qualificati, con esperienza in tutti i principali settori industriali.Jeffersonwells è parte del Gruppo Manpower e riconosciuta tra le "World's most ethical companies."
