Your ImpactYour profileWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the Buddyfit Growth & Performance Marketing Team.If you're data-driven, proactive, and passionate about scaling digital campaigns while driving measurable results, you'll thrive here.Experience in paid social, performance marketing, and analytics is key, and a love for fitness, wellness, and tech is a big plus.Why Join 7NXTYour missionSkills & Requirements1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketingStrong analytical mindset and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable resultsExcellent written and spoken English (B2+); Spanish would be a plusHow to ApplyHere's what you will take care ofPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns: Own paid campaigns across social and digital channels, from strategy to launch, ensuring they reach the right audience and drive results.Audience segmentation and targeting: Analyze user behaviour and audience data to define and refine targeting strategies that maximize engagement and ROI.Performance analysis & insights: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, CAC, etc.), generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements to campaigns and creative strategies.A/B testing & experimentation: Lead testing on creatives, messaging, formats, and audiences to continually improve campaign performance.Collaboration across teams: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and overall growth strategy.Campaign reporting & process management: Maintain dashboards, track budgets, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns across markets.Stay ahead of trends: Keep up-to-date with performance marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.What we offerA collaborative and energetic environment: Work with a passionate, ambitious team that supports and challenges you every day.Hands-on impact: You'll own campaigns, see real results, and influence growth decisions across international markets.Growth and learning: Fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can grow your skills, experiment, and make a tangible impact.Come as you are#J-*****-Ljbffr
