Product Integration Engineer – Low ObservabilityTalent Solutions, partner di una delle più prestigiose realtà internazionali nel settore aeronautico, attiva in tutta Italia con numerosi stabilimenti produttivi, è alla ricerca di un/una:Product Integration Engineer – Low ObservabilityAll'interno del Global Combat Air Programme (GCAP), una partnership multinazionale tra Regno Unito, Giappone e Italia, ricerchiamo un/aProduct Integration Engineercon focus suLow Observability (LO). La figura sarà inserita nell'ambito della Direzione Ingegneria e sarà responsabile dell'integrazione e test delle tecnologie stealth all'interno della piattaforma da combattimento.È richiesta una solida preparazione tecnica in ingegneria aerospaziale, sistemi a bassa osservabilità e processi di integrazione.AttivitàGestire l'integrazione e il collaudo delle tecnologie LO (Low Observability) all'interno della piattaforma del velivolo da combattimento.Collaborare con i team ingegneristici (radar, propulsione, avionica, ecc.) per progettare, ottimizzare e implementare soluzioni stealth nell'architettura complessiva del sistema.Agire come punto di riferimento tra i team di progettazione, test e produzione per tutte le attività LO.Risolvere problematiche tecniche legate all'integrazione, come interferenze tra sistemi o impatti sulle prestazioni operative.Supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vita delle funzionalità LO, dalla fase concettuale alla consegna.Coordinare l'inserimento delle attività LO nel piano di sviluppo tecnico, gestendo interdipendenze interne ed esterne.Monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti LO, assicurandone il completamento nei tempi e negli obiettivi prefissati.Requisiti RichiestiLaurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Meccanica, Elettrica o affini (PhD preferibile).Almeno 8 anni di esperienza in ambito aerospaziale o difesa, con focus su sistemi stealth, riduzione RCS, tecnologie LO.Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di Low Observability, inclusi riduzione della sezione radar (RCS), gestione della firma IR, rivestimenti stealth.Familiarità con l'integrazione di sistemi aeronautici (propulsione, avionica, radar).Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Office, MS Project).Esperienza con tool ingegneristici (CAD, FEA, CFD, software di simulazione radar).Completano il ProfiloOttime capacità comunicative, scritte e orali, in contesti sia tecnici che manageriali.Spiccate doti di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving.Capacità di lavorare in ambienti multiculturali e ad alta complessità.Gestione efficace delle priorità in contesti dinamici e in rapida evoluzione.Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.SedeTorino, con disponibilità a frequenti trasferte e successivo trasferimento nel Regno Unito per un periodo indicativo di 3-5 anni.Si OffreInserimento in un contesto internazionale altamente innovativo e tecnologico.Contratto a tempo indeterminato e inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza.Opportunità di sviluppo professionale e crescita in ambito engineering e project management.Formazione continua e coinvolgimento in programmi strategici per la difesa.Supporto per la mobilità internazionale.
