Il/La Head of Marketing è responsabile della strategia, della gestione e dell'esecuzione delle attività di marketing e comunicazione di thefaculty.Definisce come il brand viene posizionato, raccontato e reso rilevante , coordinando contenuti, canali e iniziative con l'obiettivo di supportare la crescita della piattaforma e il rapporto con studenti, scuole e università.Lavora a stretto contatto con Prodotto, Tech e Partnership.E' il punto di riferimento per coerenza del messaggio, tono di voce, qualità dei contenuti e visione giornalistica .Responsabilità principaliMarketing & Brand CommunicationGuidare la strategia di comunicazione B2C (studenti *****), B2B e B2GDefinire posizionamento, messaggi chiave e narrativa del brandSupportare il lancio di nuovi percorsi e iniziativeCollaborare con Product Marketing su campagne, notifiche e go-to-marketContent & CanaliCoordinare i contenuti cross-channel: app, social, blog, newsletter, materiali istituzionaliGarantire coerenza di Tone of Voice e qualità su tutti i touchpointSupervisionare format editoriali e video, esistenti e nuoviIntervenire operativamente quando necessarioTeam & CoordinamentoCoordinare un team marketing e content (interno ed esterno)Gestire priorità, scadenze e allineamento tra canaliContribuire alla strutturazione di processi e standard condivisiOttimizzazione & ImpattoMonitorare le principali metriche di comunicazione e engagementUsare i dati per migliorare efficacia e chiarezza dei messaggiTestare e ottimizzare format e iniziative nel tempoProfiloEsperienza senior in marketing, comunicazione o brandOttime capacità di scrittura, sintesi e visione narrativaAbitudine a lavorare su progetti multicanaleCapacità di dialogare con target diversi (studenti, docenti, istituzioni)Approccio strategico, ma concreto e operativoEsperienza in education, EdTech o piattaforme digitali è un plus.
