Main Purpose of the RoleSelection communication & designis part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands:Vigorsol, Daygum Vivident, Big Babol, Brooklyn, Golia, Chupa Chups, Fruittella, Mentos, Goleador are in the hearts, homes and pockets of millions of consumers of every generation.We at Selection put a lot of passion, competence and spirit of innovation into making them attractive for the consumers.We are currently seeking for a New Packaging Development Manager who develops, maintains and updates the new packaging development process, initiating and continuing new packaging "Concept to Customer" process to ensure a group of new concepts/packaging are available to be introduced or commercialized annually.What you will doMaintain ongoing communication with Group Global Packaging R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering to insure a thorough understanding of emerging new packaging and manufacturing technology.Incorporate this learning into new product development process;Able to cope with Group Global Packaging R&D on creating and managing the new packaging development pipeline portfolio, to ensure successive annual roll-outs of value-added profitable packs , to achieve 5-year plan growth targets;Collaborates cross-functionally to drive the Customer to Concept process to bring new pack type to market;Able to cope with Global and Local Marketing department provides leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of new packs by working on the provided Market research to meet consumer needs; work with manufacturing to identify packaging improvements, identify co-pack opportunities; Periodically presents project updates to the leadership team;Develop, maintain and update new packaging development "Concept to Customer" process to ensure a group of new concepts/packs are available to be introduced and commercialized on an annual basis to include: o Ideation Capture o Funnel to Focus o Proof of concept o Business case development o Cope on ROI validation.Our Perfect CandidateBachelor's degree required: Product Architect and/or Packaging Industrial/Structural Designer;Minimum of 5 years of business experience in the field of marketing, Packaging for FMCG environment, product management;Experience in Project management, leading cross function teams, preferred;Strong written and oral communication;Proficient in sketching,3d modeling, rendering;Fluent English is mandatory;Planning and organization skills and strong analytical abilities;Enthusiastic and curious;Effectively prioritize business needs.Here in Selection there is a culture of respect and valorization of diversity.Therefore, applications, recruiting processes and development paths in the company are opportunities open to all people without any type of discrimination.#J-*****-Ljbffr
