Company DescriptionREPA is Europe's leading distributor of spare parts for foodservice and refrigeration equipment, coffee and vending machines, and a trusted partner to OEMs, delivering the right part at the right time.With the world's largest inventory of in-stock original and universal spare parts, consumables and accessories, and a state-of-the-art network of automated fulfillment centers across Europe and beyond, REPA ensures the fastest delivery times in the industry.AI-powered tools, 360° images, detailed exploded views, technical manuals and other search features available on its eCommerce platform and mobile app make part identification and ordering seamless.A team of industry experts speaking more than 20 languages helps customers find the perfect solution for every repair.With REPA, keeping foodservice equipment running at its best every day has never been easier.REPA is the European division of Parts Town UnlimitedJob DescriptionThe Senior Product Compliance Specialist leads control activities within the Product Compliance function for several European subsidiaries and the UK, ensuring all products meet applicable national and international regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor EU, national, and international regulatory updates, ensuring timely alignment of internal policies and procedures.Drive product compliance with key regulations (e.g., GPSR, CE Marking, REACH, RoHS, Food Contact, PPWR, CBAM, EUDR).Ensure traceability and compliance across the full product lifecycle; continuously improve compliance processes and documentation.Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Product Management, and Marketing to embed compliance "by design."Assess risks for new products, define mitigation actions, and support product launches through technical documentation and testing coordination.Conduct documentary and field audits to verify product and supplier compliance.Advise Procurement in drafting and negotiating technical agreements with suppliers.Evaluate supplier compliance with internal policies and external standards.Manage relationships with testing laboratories and regulatory bodies to ensure timely certification and market readiness.Deliver internal training on compliance requirements and updates; serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and external partners.QualificationsEducational background in Mechanical and/or Electrical/Electronic disciplines.3+ years of experience in product compliance, ideally within consumer goods or other regulated industries.Strong knowledge of EU import/export regulations and product safety standards.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Willingness to travel as required.Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.Additional InformationIf you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.You will benefit from flexible working hours, the possibility to work remotely, and access to our on-site canteen, helping you balance your career and personal life.Every day, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities, enriching your professional journey.
