Be | Shaping the Future Polandhas a proven position of being a reliable partner for financial services organisations to analyse complex requirements, find solutions and implement them in their entirety, regardless of their complexity.Since the foundation of Be Poland in ****, we have been continually expanding and customizing our spectrum of services.For our partner, aninternational banking organizationin Milan, we are looking for aCloud Infrastructure EngineerwithKubernetes expertiseto join a technically focused infrastructure team.Work mode: Hybrid model, 2 days per week at the office in MilanYou will be part of a team responsible for the Cloud Infrastructure layer– managing and evolving Kubernetes environments across Google Cloud(main) and Azure(secondary)platforms.The role focuses heavily on Kubernetes infrastructure engineering, automation,andoperational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and evolveKubernetes-based cloud infrastructure solutionsEngineer and implement new platform features to improveperformance, scalability, and reliabilityMigrate and deliver cloud infrastructure usingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)andConfiguration as Code(Terraform, Ansible)Troubleshoot complex issues within the cloud perimeter; performroot cause analysisand implement permanent fixesProvide technical guidance and hands-on support toapplication teamsbeing onboarded to cloud environmentsDevelop internal best practices and architecture for new cloud services, ensuring compliance withsecurity and operational guidelinesDriveautomationacross IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and API management areas to enableself-service infrastructure capabilitiesContribute to on-call support as part of the team's shared operational responsibilitiesRequirementsDegree inIT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experienceStrong, hands-on experience administering Kubernetesin production environmentsSolid background in public cloud platforms(Google Cloud preferred; Azure beneficial)Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and other automation toolsProactive, self-driven engineerwith strong problem-solving skills and a "hands-on keyboard" approachExcellentcommunication and organizational abilitiesComfortable working in aninternational, technical team environmentWillingness to participate in on-call rotationOur offerCompetitive remuneration onB2B contract#J-*****-Ljbffr
