Specialist to join our Delivery Team with the goal of reducing reliance on external vendors by bringing knowledge and its management in-house.The role requires strong ability to engage with various key users, understand their needs, and guide them toward effective solutions.In addition to providing user support, the successful candidate will play an active role in implementing technological strategies in the analytics domain, in alignment with corporate guidelines.What will you do:Monitor and maintain BI systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.Analyze and resolve incidents, data inconsistencies, and system errors within BI applications.Collaborate with key users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs.Implement enhancements and updates to BI tools in alignment with corporate standards.Ensure data integrity and security across all BI platforms and processes.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize BI processes and system efficiency.Coordinate the work of external providers, optimizing their effort in an efficient and effective manner.Background:Degree in relevant discipline (Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science).3-8 years of working experience.Tech skills/tools:BW/4 platform to be known for end-to-end handlingLSA++ data modelingABAP ETLHANA ETL (HANA transformations, Transformation on Calculation Views, etc.)interface via OpenHub structureReporting layerProcess Chain automation and monitoringAFO as main tool to access reporting dataworkbooks created for some areasnormal access directly to BEx queriesHANA Studio for data modelingknowledge of Power BI as reporting toolAdditional nice to have:knowledge of Pentaho.This is an ETL tool from Hitachi, it is used to handle ETL processes and for scheduling and monitoring these processesknowledge of Power BI as reporting toolknowledge of Infor M3 ERP, it is our main sourceknowledge of SAP ECCLanguage Skills:Proficient English & Italian.Soft Skills:Team player with focus on
