Research Assistant in the Transport Area of the Florence School of RegulationDEADLINE EXPIREDDeadline for applying: October 1, ****DescriptionAbout the project:Project Director(s): Professor Juan Montero and RSCAS Director Erik JonesProject details: The Transport Area of the Florence School of Regulation (FSR Transport) at the European University Institute's Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies is dedicated to policy dialogue, policy-relevant research, training, and networkingin the area of transport regulation in Europe.It is concerned with the regulation of all modes of transport and a wide range of other topics related to digital and sustainable mobility.Job description: The research assistant will provide support to the FSR Transport Project Directors.Main tasks include:- Drafting and editing research outputs, such as briefs, reports, and workshop summaries- Developing networks and communication channels with key stakeholders of FSR Transport- Contributing to the scientific organisation of workshops, and liaising the RSC Conference Unit taking care of event logistics- Performing analytical and research tasks in the area of transport regulation- Providing further assistance and performing additional tasks as required- Master's degree in a field relevant to the position- Proven analytical, writing and communication skills- Demonstrated knowledge of EU policy, and a willingness to learn about transport and network industries- Strong organisational skills and ability to set and meet deadlines gathered through previous experience- Proven ability to work in a team and to take initiative#J-*****-Ljbffr
