Overview Junior O2C Specialist (German & English) — Polylia Language HubLocation & Start DatePorto, Portugal — On-siteStart Date: 22 January ****Working HoursMonday–Friday, 09:*****:00 (weekends off)Role DetailsSupport Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer support.ResponsibilitiesSupport Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes in an international finance environment.RequirementsBachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar.6+ months experience in O2C / AR / Finance Ops (2–5 years a plus).Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables preferred).ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite is a plus).Fluent German & Advanced English (C1).Detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused.Salary & Bonuses1,300€ gross / month (14 payments).Welcome Bonus: 3,000€ (German speakers).Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.Payment depends on Not part of fixed monthly salary.BenefitsMeal allowance : 7.63€ per working day.Health insurance : From day 1 (employee contribution required); Free after 6 months.Relocation support (if moving from abroad): Room in shared apartment up to 12 months, 280€ / month, utilities included (deducted from payslip).Legal and OtherEEO notices and other legal requirements, if applicable, should be included as per policy.This description retains the original job focus and responsibilities for the Junior O2C Specialist role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
