The Company KIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for an ESG Senior Specialist to join KIKO MILANO.Such talent supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.This role acts as a technical and analytical expert within the ESG function, contributing to data collection, reporting, compliance, and integration of ESG principles into business processes.In particular, you will: Support the execution of the ESG roadmap and related action plans.Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data and KPIs.Contribute to the preparation of internal and external sustainability reports.Monitor regulatory and market developments in sustainability and assess potential business impacts.Support ESG due diligence processes and supplier assessments.Coordinate with internals to integrate ESG criteria into corporate processes, procurement, and operations.Coordinate with external stakeholder (agencies and consultant).Contribute to the definition and tracking of ESG performance targets.Prepare presentations and materials for ESG committees, audits, and investor communications.What you will need to succeed Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Sustainability Management, or similar fields.3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related consulting roles.Solid understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards Experience in data analysis, materiality assessment, and KPI tracking.Proficiency in English Good knowledge of Excel/Power BI (data visualization and reporting tools are a plus).We would love if you had Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams Openness to a culture of continuous feedback KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.Tutte le posizioni aperte in KIKO sono rivolte anche ai candidati appartenenti alle Categorie Protette l.*****.I dati verranno trattati esclusivamente ai fini di Ricerca del Personale.Leggi l'informativa privacy riportata al link
