The award-winning ghd tools are used by 200,000 stylists around the world and sold in 30+ countries and more than 45,000 premium salons.Renowned for game changing innovation and superior performance, at ghd we are on a mission to transform lives with the power of a good hair day ROLE OVERVIEWThe person to recruit will have full management and coordination of all Ecommerce activities through the DTC website and overall digital business channels.The role is strategic and crucial for the company as it will be focused in maintaining and increasing the growth and development of ghd's Digital Business.JOB PROFILEFull responsibility and ownership of Ecommerce turnover and profitability targets, managing with the team all the activities related to the ghdhair.com website, in compliance with international guidelines and Brand strategyOversee and coordinate the digital business strategy & execution on Amazon and other third-party customers, in line with sell-out and profitability targets, ensuring strong brand presence, optimized product listings, competitive pricing, and effective promotional strategiesDefinition of strategic, commercial and operational plans, in coordination with the team Digital Marketing and the other Depts involvedFull Ownership of turnover and volume forecasts, to be integrated within overall Demand Planning process to ensure alignment of stock with turnover forecastsDefinition of digital activation calendar and promotional campaigns, day-to-day operative execution management, directly and coordinating the assigned teams for full compliance with deadlinesClose collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to optimise spending, assigned bdg and to achieve traffic, conversion and profitability targetsReport and analysis of KPIs for monitoring both ghdhair.com and 3P sites' business, in order to identify opportunities to maximise results and return on investmentAnalysis, actions and tests to improve conversion rate and performance of ghdhair.com site, either directly or by supporting/coordinating the assigned teamSupport to the identification of gap of CRM strategies and future evolutions and how to maximise the value of e-commerce customer life cyclesClose collaboration with HQ for, mainly focused on: data and performance analysis, business plan alignment, development & production of all materials and digital assets required for the implementation of plans, opportunities & new ideasKEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 6-8 years of experience in Ecommerce and Digital Business roles, with demonstrable skills on the ability to achieve excellent results and performance, in similar and preferably premium contexts (beauty, fashion, accessories in premium market segments)Experience in coordinating resources and small teamsTeam working and collaborative mindsetStrategic mindset, Operations excellence & problem solving attitudeAbility to manage multi-projects, complexity and prioritisation in urgent/critical situationsStrong expertise in terms of site usability, in order to optimise the experience and digital journey of consumers on ghdhair.comAnalytical and synthesis skills, problem solving and proactivityExcellent knowledge of digital analysis tools and CMS competencePassion, enthusiasm, positive energy both within the ghd team and with external partnersExcellent knowledge of English, written and spokenWhat we offer:A dynamic environment in a fast-growing company;Training: we support everyone's professional growth and believe in lifelong learning;Personal Pc and smartphone;Welfare package including ticket restaurant and integrative health careAccountability: we have a performance system based on individual targets, set year by year;Smart working: 6 days per month of smart workingAlternative Fridays to end the week in a fun wayVALUESWe at ghd are proudly committed to our Company Values, and aim to attract and retain employees who live our Values.Collaborative – We work together to create the extraordinary.Creative – We foster creativity & excellence to create value for our brands and business.Courageous - We are agile, entrepreneurial & we own our futureConnected - We stay connected and ensure we are always consumer first.Committed - We are responsible for our impact on other & the planet.Have a good day, every day with ghd.We're passionate about innovation, not only in our products, but working to constantly innovate our place of work, creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity.
