Panoramica di PresentazioneIl nostro Cliente è una azienda internazionale specializzata nello stampaggio a iniezione di precisione e nella produzione di soluzioni meccatroniche per il settore automotive.Job Title e finalità di Ruolo: SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERLa risorsa sarà coinvolta sia nelle attività di preventivazione e valutazione tecnica, sia nello sviluppo dei processi produttivi e degli stampi, garantendo un lancio in produzione efficace, stabile e conforme agli standard automotive.La figura sarà responsabile della gestione tecnica e operativa dei nuovi progetti, dalla fase di offerta fino alla completa industrializzazione.Principali Valori AziendaliProfessionalitàQualitàMiglioramento continuoRiporto gerarchico:Direzione di StabilimentoRelazioni di funzione:Interne:Produzione, Qualità, HREsterne:Fornitori tecnici, clientiPrincipali ResponsabilitàPreparazione delle quotazioni tecniche e delle analisi costi per nuovi progetti o transfer.Gestione delle relazioni tecniche con clienti e fornitori nell'ambito del processo NPI (New Product Introduction).Esecuzione di analisi di fattibilità, DFM e partecipazione alle revisioni del design.Coordinamento dello sviluppo stampo, fino alla completa validazione del processo.Collaborazione costante con Produzione, Qualità, Manufacturing Engineering e Design.Gestione del lancio produttivo di nuovi stampi e processi.Gestione modifiche attraverso processi di Engineering Change.Assicurare l'introduzione di nuovi processi nel rispetto delle normative HSE.Responsabilità tecnica dei nuovi processi fino a 3 mesi di produzione stabile.Creazione e revisione della BOM e utilizzo del sistema ERP.Redazione di piani d'azione e report di avanzamento progetto.Chiusura progetti e definizione delle lessons learnt.Supporto alle iniziative interne di miglioramento continuo (Lean / CI).Competenze Tecniche (Hard Skills) Esperienza consolidata nel settore injection molding (automotive preferenziale).Capacità nella gestione di progetti tecnici complessi in ambienti dinamici.Conoscenza di stampi, processi e parametri di stampaggio a iniezione.Esperienza in automazione e processi di assemblaggio.Familiarità con sistemi e strumenti del settore:APQP, PPAP, FMEA, controllo processo.Moldflow (Autodesk).FE Analysis e modellazione CAD (Siemens NX).Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office.Spiccato approccio operativo ("hands-on") e capacità di lavoro cross-funzionale.Buone capacità di comunicazione tecnica verso clienti e team interni.Abilità Personali (Soft Skills) Leadership operativaPrecisione e attenzione al dettaglioCapacità di problem solving e decision makingComunicazione efficace e collaborazione interfunzionaleProattività e orientamento al risultatoFlessibilità e adattabilità a contesti produttivi dinamiciCondizioni di contrattoSede di lavoro: Vicinanze Verdello (BG).Orario di lavoro e work life balance: Full time 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì.Tipologia contrattuale: Assunzione diretta, contratto a tempo indeterminatoPacchetto retributivo a budget: ******€ - ******€
