Overview Our Client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector.Main ResponsibilitiesEngineering ProjectsDevelop and execute the Site Master Plan,Lead strategic engineering initiatives and investment activities,Ensure GMP compliance and support HSE requirementsReliability & MaintenanceImplement state-of-the-art maintenance systems,Drive predictive & maintenance strategies,Optimize manufacturing processes using LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies,Budget management and cost controlUtilities, Infrastructure & SustainabilityManage critical systems (PW, clean compressed air, HVAC, WWT, Boilers, Chillers)Drive & Promote energy efficiency initiatives and sustainable engineering practicesAutomation & Digital SystemsEnhance automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, BMS/EMS, AGVs/robots)Drive innovation with IoT, digital twins, and AI technologies, Ensure data integrity compliance for computerized systemsCompliance, Quality & HSEEnsure adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and regulations and Lead safety programs and promote a culture of quality and safetyCompetenze ed esperienzaQualifications & Experience RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical EngineeringPreferred: Six Sigma certification10+ years of Engineering/Maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical industryPreferred : Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Packaging OperationsInternational experience is highly valuedOtherExcellent project management and team leadership abilitiesChange management capabilitiesAbility to drive continuous improvement cultureExcellent communication and influencing skills to lead and manage diverse resourcesExperience in collaborating with global teams and managing international projectsCompleta l'offertaExcellent career opportunity#J-*****-Ljbffr
