RESTAURANT MANAGERIt features a collection of beautifully restored monastic structures, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 6 hectares of ancient gardens offering breathtaking views of the city, along with 196 meticulously furnished rooms and suites – including the largest and most exclusive suite in Venice.Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale.Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.Serenity permeates the hotel's Longevity Spa, which features a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, a pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club – ensuring an unforgettable stay.The hotel's proximity to St. Mark's Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.As Restaurant Manager , you will lead the daily operations of one of our signature dining venues, ensuring that each guest enjoys a refined and memorable culinary experience.You will be responsible for the smooth running of service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence within your team.Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless guest service• Leading, training, and motivating the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality• Ensuring adherence to quality and service standards consistent with the hotel's positioning• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to enhance menu offerings and service flow• Managing reservations, seating plans, and special guest requests• Monitoring guest feedback and proactively addressing any service issues• Managing stock control, operating costs, and daily reporting in line with departmental budgets• Upholding hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards across operations• Supporting the F&B management team in creating signature dining experiences that reflect Venetian heritage and contemporary elegancePrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards• Financial awareness and ability to control costs while maximizing revenue opportunities• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage)• Professional presentation and attention to detail aligned with luxury standardsA key management role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resorts• Training, career growth, and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector• Ready to lead a restaurant that embodies Venetian elegance and world-class hospitality?
