The company is committed to supporting mission-critical programs across the nation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Desk Technician located in Vicenza. The Service Desk Technician will provide technical support for desktop computers, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform help desk support tasks. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT incidents, repairing computer systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users. Qualifications Proficiency in managing Desktop Computers and providing Technical Support in M365 environment Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues Experience in Help Desk Support and Computer Repair for effective incident resolution Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus Proficiency in utilizing IT service management tools and systems Familiarity with government IT environments and best practices preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting J-*****-Ljbffr
