YOUR CORE ACTIVITIESWe are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team.This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations.Key responsibilities includeCoordinate daily production activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards.Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime.Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity.Track and analyze production data, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues.Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations.Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives.Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering1–3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership rolesDeep knowledge of production processesProficiency in management software and reporting toolsWHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITIONExcellent organizational and planning abilitiesStrong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skillsAPPLY NOW, DRIVE YOUR FUTURE#WePirelli#J-*****-Ljbffr
