Role description We are seeking experienced Telehandler Service Engineers to join our team in Italy.As a Telehandler Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to dealers for technical problems and maintenance services for SANY's systems construction equipment.The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.It will be customer-focused and results-driven.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks and scheduled services to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, dealers, and internal teams.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment status.Quality Assurance: Ensure all service work meets or exceeds SANY's quality standards and complies with safety regulations.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on existing products and contribute to the improvement of new designs.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in maintenance system and repair, preferably in the heavy equipment industry.Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing, understanding of electrical systems, and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications in heavy equipment.Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software systems.Travel: Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally as needed.
