Per importante multinazionale.leader mondiale nei sistemi frenanti per veicoli ferroviari, ricerchiamo una figura di Project Quality Engineer.La figura di occuperà di:Qualità di ProgettoGarantire la pianificazione, la realizzazione, la verifica e la validazione dei requisiti di qualità richiesti dal cliente all'interno del progetto assegnato, supportando il team di progetto nell'applicazione degli standard di qualità pertinenti.Gestire la CBC relativa alla documentazione e alle specifiche di progetto e del cliente (requisiti applicabili), coinvolgendo altri reparti se necessario.Preparare, supportare e coordinare le FAI (First Article Inspection) interne e con il cliente.Gestire la documentazione cliente (Piano della Qualità, Piano di Controllo, ecc.).Gestione dei ReclamiSupportare i processi di Customer Care amministrando, chiarendo e gestendo i reclami in conformità alle politiche e procedure stabilite.Gestire e trattare i reclami in collaborazione con il cliente, il project manager e il responsabile del prodotto.Effettuare analisi di trend.Completare le attività di chiarimento tecnico per prodotti o sistemi sospettati di malfunzionamenti, in collaborazione con il cliente e con l'ufficio tecnico interno.Si richede:Laurea IngegneristicaDa 3 a 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Quality EngineerBuona conoscenza della lingua IngleseConoscenza del Gestionale SAP
