With multi-billion-euro turnover, global operations and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, the business is driving the transition to clean energy through continuous innovation and investment in large-scale projects.The OpportunityThe company is strengthening its construction team in Italy and is hiring a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects across the Piedmont region.Key Responsibilities- Study project scope, engineering drawings, BOM, purchase orders and subcontract packages- Report daily and weekly progress to the Project Manager- Supervise subcontractor installation activities with support from site engineers- Track and report all materials received onsite- Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to secure timely deliveries- Ensure compliance with company technical standards, local norms, and project requirements- Manage site facilities including offices, utilities (water, electricity, internet), cleaning and local supplier contracts- Act as the site's safety representative ("preposto alla sicurezza")- Interface with DL and CSE where requiredRequirements- Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction (solar/BESS/EPC preferred)- Engineering degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) is an advantage- Strong command of MS Office and AutoCAD- Able to lead, coordinate, negotiate and manage subcontractors- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills- Willing to be based in Piedmont- Fluent Italian and EnglishBenefits- Competitive compensation package- Professional, supportive working environment- Continuous training and development- Culture built on collaboration, innovation, and fast execution
