Company Description Our story Celli Group is the global leader in beverage dispensing systems and accessories, from beer to soft drinks, from water to frozen drinks.As a 'Beyond the Bottle Company,' we are committed to shaping a sustainable future by eliminating single-use packaging with smart, connected, and eco-friendly dispenser solutions.When you join Celli, you become part of a dynamic and stimulating work environment where a strong team spirit prevails.We encourage the contribution of your initiative, skills, and experiences to collectively achieve our shared objectives.Discover a rewarding career at Celli Group, where your professional journey aligns with a global leader at the forefront of innovation and sustainability in the beverage industry.PositionYou will be actively involved in defining, reviewing and updating the Group's project management processes, support the Head of Project Management in coordinating internal resources and monitoring the proper execution of projects, ensuring that project development meets planned deadlines and budgets, in line with the Group's development strategies.In details, you will:- Create the Project Management Plan- Lead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders).- Ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work.- Create the Project Scope definition.- Ensure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained.- Create, Maintain the Project Risk List- Create, maintain and run the Project Communication plan- Actively work on continuous improvement of Project management processes- Be the reference point for internal resources in order to transfer knowledge, skills and best practices to junior members of the team- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure projects are running smoothlyRequirementsYour profile in order to be successfulExperiences and job requirements- At least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment- Proven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)- Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer- Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies- Abroad experience will be considered a plus- Technical skills- Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified.- Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics)- Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project.- Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and other necessary tools (e.g., to control project budget)- Good knowledge in moder ERP system as D365 or SAP- Adequate Know-how in Contracting and commercial practice- Six-Sigma black belt certification will be considered a plusPersonal attitude- Good social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team)- Fluent in the English language, verbally and in writingOther informationYou are allowed to up to 4 days per month in smartworking#J-*****-Ljbffr
