Your Opportunity, Your TeamThe Planner supports QVC Italy ensuring our customers, in close collaboration with the Buying team, curated,varied and valuable assortment every day, maximizing sales and margins and maintaining a lean inventory.Where You'll WorkThis role ishybridand will require you to be onsite in our offices in Brugherio (MB) / onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.This is a full time – fixed term contract .What You'll DoReporting to the Planning Manager you will:Partner with Buying to analyze business and develop short and mid-term strategic plans for your Brands portfolioBuild the on-air /off air sales plan to reach productivity maximizationMonitor and review sales performanceMaintain category margin requirements and find opportunities to increase it when possibleManage and action overall inventory to assigned goalDaily tasksStrategize items to maximize selling exposures on all the QVC platformsIdentify opportunities including pricing promo, installment payments and free shippingQuick react to daily/monthly trendsIdentify lines to re-order and propose quantities for key lines, being responsible for developing strategies for the entire life cycle to ensure sales are maximized on each lineIdentify and action markdown and liquidation inventory, ensuring that the correct status, pricing and liquidation strategy is applied following QVC's guidelinesHigh-level deliverablesManage the OTB-Open to Buy process forecasting with high accuracy sales and inventory levelBuild and explore/understand reports to get insights in order to update Brand/product strategy during the yearIdentify opportunities within category assortment based on sales trends and gaps in the inventoryWhat You'll Bring2-5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory)Good Office suite knowledge with Excel strong expertiseStrong analytical skillsFluency in Italian and English is a mustExperience of being responsible for a product area and stock management (preferred)Ability to work in a very collaborative "live commercial" environment (preferred)Ability to take risks constantly learning and improvingGood empathy, curiosity and entrepreneurship mindsetTotal RewardsOurTotal Rewardspackage includes benefits you'll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discountsIn our US market, you can also expect health care benefits starting on day 1, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement benefits.QVC Group is committed to inclusion and belonging for all and ensuring that our workplace provides equal employment opportunities for all team members and candidates and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.As an equal opportunity employer, QVC Group is committed to a barrier-free employment process.If you need reasonable accommodations/support throughout, please contact us at for assistance.If provided, salary ranges are a general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location as well as business and market conditions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
