Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.We are looking for a CRM Application Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications within an organization. This role ensures that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and deliver maximum value to users.Main Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business goals.Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Salesforce applications.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize the use of Salesforce within the organization.Work Experience:Extensive experience in Salesforce application development and management.Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development, integrations, and best practices. Prior Experience as a project manager or similar role for various salesforce implementation.Proven track record of successfully planning and leading global team test sessions.Working Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies.Working Knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, Epicor.Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes.Knowledge of data management and migration best practices.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience or knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.Strong verbal/written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.Ability to learn new technology applications and process techniques quickly.Working Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Life Cycles methodologies.Place of Work:Casole d'Elsa, ItalyIf you think you have the right skills for the role, share your profile with us and do not hesitate to contact us
