Power BI Specialist – SaipemSaipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.The company's purpose is "Engineering for a sustainable future" and is committed to supporting clients on the energy transition towards Net Zero through digital innovation.Responsibilities Drive informed decision-making across the engineering team by leveraging data-driven insights, statistical analysis, and data visualization to uncover patterns and opportunities.Transform raw and historical data from past BID/EPC projects into actionable knowledge, tailoring analysis to project needs.Main Tasks Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Connect to various data sources and ensure data quality and integrity.Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.Automate data refreshes and reporting processes.Provide training and support to Power BI end-users.Document BI solutions and maintain technical documentation.Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI solutions for performance issues.Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• Less than 5 years of proven experience in data analysisLanguages English (required)Technical Knowledge Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI development.Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.Experience connecting to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).Knowledge of AI/ML applications for business use.Programming skills in C++, Python, R, or Java.Experience with data visualization best practices.Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical users.Benefits & Contract Details Permanent contractCorporate benefits: health insurance, internal gym, discounts, well-being services, in-house cafeteria.Hybrid working model with smart working options and flexible hours.Location: Milano (Santa Giulia)Opportunities for development and international travel based on project assignments.Additional Information We support your development and encourage applications from individuals who may not fit the role perfectly but can contribute to business development in the future.Saipem embraces diversity and values innovation through inclusion.Safety and sustainability are core principles guiding our operations.All interested candidates (L. ******) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art 13, 14, D.Lgs ******, art 13 GDPR ******).#J-*****-Ljbffr
