Newtech Srl, società di consulenza operante nell'ICT, è alla ricerca di un Data Center Engineer, con esperienza nella progettazione e implementazione di architetture virtualizzate complesse, capace di operare su componenti hardware, hypervisor e architetture software di nuova generazione.La figura sarà coinvolta nella definizione, configurazione e manutenzione delle infrastrutture IT e di rete del data center, con un ruolo chiave nel supporto alle attività di integrazione, verifica, validazione e qualifica (IVVQ) delle soluzioni progettate.Responsabilità principali:Progettazione e implementazione di architetture di virtualizzazione e infrastrutture iperconvergenti (HCI/VE).Analisi dei requisiti contrattuali e di sistema per la definizione dell'infrastruttura del data center.Redazione di analisi comparative tra offerte tecniche e documentazione contrattuale.Supporto alle fasi di integrazione e sviluppo, coordinando fornitori e team tecnici per la realizzazione delle soluzioni progettate.Gestione e configurazione di apparati di rete quali firewall, router, switch, load balancer.Manutenzione e ottimizzazione delle infrastrutture IT e di rete per garantire performance, disponibilità e sicurezza.Supporto alle attività di troubleshooting e monitoraggio tramite strumenti avanzati (Zabbix, Prometheus, ecc.).Requisiti richiesti:Esperienza professionale pregressa nella definizione, implementazione e manutenzione di sistemi Data Center e di progettazione e configurazione di sistemi di rete.Conoscenza approfondita delle soluzioni di virtualizzazione iperconvergente (HCI/VE) e delle architetture basate su hypervisor.Solida conoscenza dello stack TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, protocolli Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, e protocolli di gestione rete (SNMP).Competenze in ambito Cybersecurity: firewall applicativi (UTM), regole di access control, segmentazione di rete.Conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e Linux, e dei servizi ausiliari su piattaforma Windows (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO, PKI, MSSQL).Esperienza con le soluzioni hardware IT dei principali vendor, con capacità di analisi tecnica e confronto tra soluzioni.Conoscenza operativa delle architetture containerizzate e dei principali orchestrator (Docker, Kubernetes).Comprensione dei paradigmi cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) e dei servizi Azure, AWS, e Hybrid Cloud.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.Cosa offriamo:Contratto di assunzione a tempo pieno e indeterminato, secondo il CCNL Metalmeccanico, con offerta economica in linea con l'esperienza maturata.Buoni pasto giornalieri, welfare aziendale e assistenza sanitaria integrativa.Modalità di lavoro ibrida, con presenza 3 volte a settimana a Firenze.
