Freelance Opportunity: Project Manager – Food Industry (Process Background Preferred)Location:Perugia, ItalyDuration:12 months (with possibility of extension)Start Date:August – September ****Engagement Type:Freelance / Contract-basedAbout The RoleWe are seeking afreelance Process Project Managerwith a strong background inprocess engineeringto lead a key equipment installation project in thefood industry.This is a hands-on role ideal for amid to senior-level professionalwho thrives in dynamic industrial environments and is fluent in bothItalian and English.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of equipment installation and commissioning activities on-site.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on technical and operational requirements.Support process design reviews, layout optimization, and process integration.Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular project updates and documentation to stakeholders.What We're Looking ForProven experience managing industrial equipment installation projects, ideally in the food or beverage sector.Solid understanding of process engineering, utilities, and factory operations.Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is a strong advantage.Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office.Strong communication and coordination skills.Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.Fluency in Italian and English.Availability to work on-site in Perugia for the project duration.Why Join Us?Collaborate with leading food industry clients in a high-impact role.Competitive freelance compensation.Opportunity for contract extension or involvement in future international projects.Be part of a respected consultancy known for excellence in project execution.#J-*****-Ljbffr
