For our Italy Headquarters in Parma, we are looking for an innovative Senior R&D Manager Bakery.Are you passionate about driving product development activities and their implementation?This position might be what you are looking forAs a member of R&D Country Team, you work closely to R&D Director, Sales and Marketing teams to offer the best technical support to customers, developing and adapting Bakery products according to their needs.Your core responsibilities are in the following R&D domains: product development, product innovation, new ingredients and technologies scouting, customer technical support, R&D SBU Bakery team coaching and development.Your Key AccountabilitiesBuild and keep strong and effective relationships with customersIn collaboration with Business Development Team, define and implement R&D Bakery channel strategy and ensure technical Bakery support plan for all channelsManage and guide local R&D Bakery team to develop each team member and achieve defined objectivesPromote and ensure effective collaboration between the R&D Bakery team and all other company functionsMonitor and evaluate possible implementations of new Bakery ingredients and technologies available on the marketManage local R&D Bakery innovation funnel ensuring its constant renewal and execution on timeDefine and monitor R&D Bakery KPI'sEnsure accuracy of the technical data related to the Bakery productsImplement all digital tools available in terms of project & customer managementWho we are looking for?At least 8-10 Years experience in R&D roles, in food companies with local productionStrong business and commercial acumen, ability to define and implement an R&D Bakery strategy based on business priorities and goalsAbility to interact with all levels and functions within the organization; developing constructive and professional relationships and facilitate changes by influencing othersWhy should you join Puratos?You will be welcomed in a dynamic work environment where passion for innovation, team spirit and continuous improvement are key.You will actively participate in the development of innovative products.We at Puratos cultivate an inclusive global workplace, that fully embraces diversity and equal opportunities for all.We strive to reflect the richness of our customers, communities and society, accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver on our commitments.#J-*****-Ljbffr
