Adecco Italia, filiale Milano Sales & Merchandising, ricerca per Azienda Cliente, leader nel settore Automotive, una figura da inserire comeCustomer Experience SupportLa risorsa, allinterno del team Customer Interaction Management supportera il mantenimento e lo sviluppo di soluzioni customer-oriented finalizzate allimplementazione delle infrastrutture di supporto al Cliente, con un focus specifico su soluzioni di self-care e Business Development Center.Nellambito dellanalisi della Customer Experience supportera il continuo sviluppo degli strumenti di analisi soddisfazione Cliente.Le principali mansioni saranno: Gestione del database di "Central Knowledge" su prodotti, processi e servizi del gruppo attraverso la creazione di articoli (FAQ); lattivita sara svolta in stretto contatto con i vari dipartimenti aziendali per la verifica e validazione dei contenuti.Analisi e reportistica sullutilizzo dei sistemi di self-care da parte dei Clienti.Monitoraggio ed analisi dei principali KPI di soddisfazione Cliente nel canale BDC.Supporto alle attivita di Governance del servizio BDC.Supporto nel mantenimento e sviluppo della piattaforma Qualtrics di survey ed analisi della soddisfazione Cliente.Principali caratteristiche richieste al candidato: Laurea in discipline economiche, marketing o ingegneria.Esperienza di almeno un anno nella gestione dellanalisi di Customer Experience.Proattivita, conoscenza e passione del prodotto automotive.Buona padronanza degli strumenti del pacchetto Office.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1 scritto e parlato).Tipologia di inserimentoContratto in somministrazione a tempo indeterminato, RAL 30K.Sede di lavoro: San Donato Milanese (MI) Lingue conosciute: Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
