Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within a Logistics &, Courier Company' located in beautiful Greece.This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and providing exceptional customer service.As a representative' you will communicate with clients in Italian' assisting them with various inquiries related to shipping and courier services.Key Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping rates' delivery times' and service options via phone' email' and chat in Italian.- Provide detailed information about logistics processes and assist customers in tracking their shipments.- Manage the resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.- Stay informed about the latest shipping regulations and market trends to assist customers accurately.- Promote additional services and solutions to enhance customer experiences.Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.- Experience in customer service' preferably in the logistics or courier sector.- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.- Adept problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries effectively.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.- Willingness to work flexible hours' including evenings and weekends as required.
