About BasicNet Group BasicNet is the first marketplace in the clothing industry that owns several well-known brands in the apparel, footwear, and accessories market, including Kappa®, Robe di Kappa®, Jesus® Jeans, Superga®, K-Way®, Sebago®, Briko® and Sabelt®.Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.About K-WayK-Way is a well-known brand for adventure seekers and outdoor enthusiasts.Born in the heart of Paris in ****, the brand revolutionized the rainwear market by introducing the world's first lightweight and waterproof jacket that could be conveniently folded into a small pouch.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a Senior Sales Assistant – Multistore: an experienced sales professional who actively supports the brand's different stores, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and client loyalty.This role operates across multiple locations in the north of Italy, ensuring business continuity in stores and contributing to sales targets through strong sales expertise, a consultative approach, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers by providing a personalized and high-quality service.Represent the brand consistently in line with its image and values.Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets.Support various stores during seasonal peaks, openings, or staff replacements.Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.Take part in the training and coaching of junior sales staff.Manage cash operations and back-office procedures independently.Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain the store's image.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales roles within the ready-to-wear or premium fashion sector.Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to fashion products.Flexibility and availability to travel frequently across the assigned regions (company car provided).Team-player attitude and strong goal orientation.Very good command of English.Good knowledge of key digital tools (POS, CRM, MS Office, tablet).We're looking for someone who combines professionalism, reliability, and autonomy, with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to adapt to different environments.A person full of energy and proactivity, driven by a genuine passion for retail and for building strong client relationshipsK-Way is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.In addition, K-Way offers opportunities for professional and personal development, providing the resources and tools necessary for growth and success.#J-*****-Ljbffr
