About The JobOur HR Project leader is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth execution of HR projects.He/she develops comprehensive project plans, coordinates with other departments, and maintains detailed project documentation.Monitoring budgets, allocating resources effectively, and aligning projects with senior leadership's objectives are essential parts of their role.This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Job responsibilitiesCoordinate cross-functional HR projects and initiativesDevelop and manage HR project plans from conception to completionCoordinate the selection and development activities of the resources involved in the projectsMonitor project budgets and resource allocationCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR projects with organizational objectivesServe as a liaison between executive leadership, IT, and HR teams to ensure buy-in and effective adoption of new structuresConduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesGuide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new HR processes and technologiesCreate and implement comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness and managing stakeholder engagementDevelop and monitor analytics dashboards to track transformation success, employee engagement, and workforce performanceAnimate the projects from the perspective of internal communication and motivational eventsProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in HR roles, often 5+ years, with management experience preferredProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize tasksProficiency in English; French is a plusReference LVM*****#J-*****-Ljbffr
