Project Manager Wind Farm Informazioni Generali Posizione :Project Manager - Wind FarmProgetto :Costruzione e sviluppo di 2 impianti eoliciUbicazione :Zona Brindisi (Puglia)Durata Incarico :6-12 mesiModalità di Presenza :Saltuaria in cantiereTipologia Contratto :Da definireDescrizione della PosizioneRicerchiamo un Project Manager esperto per la gestione e il coordinamento di 2 impianti eolici in fase di costruzione nella zona di Brindisi.La figura sarà responsabile della supervisione tecnica amministrativa e logistica dei progetti garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, dei budget e degli standard di qualità e sicurezza.Principali ResponsabilitàCoordinamento generale dei lavori di costruzione dei due impiantiPianificazione e programmazione delle attività di progettoGestione del budget e controllo dei costiMonitoraggio della timeline e rispetto delle milestoneCoordinamento con fornitori appaltatori e subfornitoriGestione della qualità e conformità agli standard tecniciSupervisione della sicurezza in cantiere (in collaborazione con HSE)Reporting periodico ai stakeholder e alla direzioneRisoluzione di problematiche tecniche e organizzativeGestione della documentazione progettualeCoordinamento con enti pubblici e autorità locali per autorizzazioniProfilo RicercatoRequisiti EssenzialiEsperienza documentata in Project Management di parchi eoliciMinimo ***** MW di esperienza in progetti eolici precedentiFormazione tecnica in ingegneria (civile, meccanica, energetica o affine)Conoscenza approfondita delle fasi di costruzione di impianti eoliciCompetenze di project management (pianificazione, budgeting, risk management)Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (scritto e parlato)Capacità di leadership e gestione dei team multidisciplinariProblem solving e capacità decisionaleRequisiti PreferenzialiCertificazione PMP (Project Management Professional) o equivalenteEsperienza con software di project management (MS Project, Primavera, ecc.)Conoscenza delle normative ambientali e autorizzative per impianti eoliciCompetenze in gestione della sicurezza (HSE)Ambito TecnicoCompetenze Tecniche RichiesteTipologie di turbine eoliche e componenti principaliFondazioni e strutture di supportoSistemi di collegamento e infrastrutture elettricheProcedure di installazione e commissioningNormative tecniche e standard di settoreGestione della logistica e trasporto componentiOrario di LavoroModalità Saltuaria in Cantiere : Presenza secondo necessità progettualeFlessibilità : Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali in sito (4/5 a settimana)Possibilità di lavoro remoto per attività amministrative e di coordinamentoCompetenze TrasversaliComunicazione efficaceGestione dello stressNegoziazioneCapacità organizzativaAttenzione ai dettagliOrientamento al risultatoRequired ExperienceICEmployment TypeContractExperienceyearsVacancy1#J-*****-Ljbffr
