Asset Management Trainee Location: Milan, Lombardy, ItalyJob Type: Full-time (Internship)Nadara seeks an Asset Management Trainee with background in engineering and interest in renewable energies.This internship is designed to provide structured learning, mentorship and practical exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for graduates or students interested in asset management, operations and renewable energy.What You Will DoSupport senior Asset Managers involved in Development and Construction projects, ensuring effective coordination and alignment between Construction and Operations departmentsAssist in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of handover procedures from Construction to OperationsMonitor that technical documentation, asset data and operational requirements are correctly delivered during the handover and commissioning phasesSupport the operational onboarding of new assets, ensuring a structured and smooth transition into the operational phaseParticipate, where required, in project meetings during development, construction, commissioning and handover phasesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Construction, Engineering, Operations, HSE, Finance, etc.) to ensure consistency with operational standards and asset management strategiesSupport data collection, reporting and analysis activities related to asset performance and operational readiness at portfolio levelEducation & BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar)Interest in renewable energy, asset management and the project lifecycle of industrial assetsExposure to economics, finance or asset management is considered a plusSkills & MindsetGood understanding of industrial plants or energy assets (preferred, not mandatory)Strong IT skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Power BI or data analysis tools is a plusAnalytical mindset with a structured and problem-solving approachCuriosity, proactivity and willingness to learn from senior professionalsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentWhat We OfferA hands-on internship within an international renewable energy companyExposure to real projects across development, construction and operationsContinuous learning through on-the-job trainingA collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on sustainability and innovation#J-*****-Ljbffr
