Technology Reply, part of the Reply Group, specializes in designing and delivering innovative solutions based on Oracle technologies.With over 20 years of expertise, Technology Reply supports clients through their digital transformation journeys, covering all project lifecycle phases from analysis to implementation and operations.As an Oracle Platinum and Cloud Select Partner, the company prioritizes technological and methodological innovation to provide cutting-edge solutions, including AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and more.With multiple offices across Italy, including in Turin, Milan, Rome, Silea, and Padua, Technology Reply is a trusted partner in creating on-premise and cloud-driven solutions for businesses.Role DescriptionWe are expanding our AI leadership team and are looking for two AI Leads who will play a key role in shaping, guiding, and scaling advanced AI initiatives:AI Lead – Agentic & Generative AIThese roles are highly strategic and hands-on, sitting at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and technical leadership.The AI Lead will oversee the design and implementation of innovative AI-driven projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions to business objectives.Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping AI strategies, conducting technical assessments, supervising the deployment of AI models, and staying updated on emerging trends to ensure the adoption of state-of-the-art approaches.What will you do?Lead the design and delivery of Computer Vision architectures (detection, tracking, classification, OCR, anomaly detection).Drive projects from use case definition to production, including edge and cloud deployments.Guide and mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists.Collaborate with cloud and platform teams (OCI, Kubernetes, streaming, data platforms).Ensure robustness, scalability, and measurable business impact of CV solutions.Act as technical reference point for clients and internal stakeholders.What are we looking for?Strong background in Computer Vision and Deep Learning (CNNs, transformers, multi-camera systems).Solid experience with Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, OpenCV.Experience deploying CV models in production environments (edge, cloud, hybrid).Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.Ability to translate business problems into concrete AI solutions.Leadership mindset and excellent communication skills.Role 2: AI Lead – Agentic & Generative AIWhat will you do?Design and implement agentic AI architectures (multi-agent systems, tool-augmented LLMs, workflow orchestration).Build solutions based on RAG, Vector Search, knowledge graphs, and structured/unstructured data.Define AI governance, safety, and observability patterns for enterprise-grade GenAI.Lead technical decisions across cloud-native and data platforms (especially Oracle Cloud).Mentor teams and act as AI technical authority for clients.Drive innovation from PoC to production-ready AI platforms.What are we looking for?Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM-based systems.Hands-on knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering.Experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.Solid software engineering background (Python, APIs, cloud-native services).Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems.Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.WHY TECHNOLOGY DATA REPLY?You will work on real AI projects already in production, not experiments.You will shape AI architectures used by large and complex organizations.Strong focus on quality, engineering rigor, and long-term scalability.Access to cutting-edge cloud and AI platforms, with a strong Oracle ecosystem.A collaborative, expert-driven environment where AI is core to the business, not an add-on.If you are passionate about building AI systems that actually work in the real world, and you want to lead high-impact projects in Computer Vision or Agentic AI, we would love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
