Are you passionate about fragrances and luxury retail?Join the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze and become part of a brand that celebrates Italian elegance and olfactory excellence.With its unique identity characterized by an original blend of Florentine heritage, iconic fragrances, and timeless elegance, the renowned fragrance house, Dr. Vranjes Firenze, embodies the perfect balance between roots and innovation.Founded in ****, it emphasizes the precious Florentine heritage in everything it does and delivers multisensorial well-being, capturing the elegance of Florence, its tradition of craftsmanship, and the art of perfumery in every scented décor object and Eau De Parfum.Each fragrance is the result of ongoing scientific and creative research into essences, along with a sophisticated formulation with unrivalled persistence and durability.As aClient Advisor , you will act as a true brand ambassador, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience that reflects the values and identity of Dr. Vranjes.You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service.Location: NEW OPENING CAPRI, ItalyEmployment Type: 1 Full-TimeContract : Permanent/Fixed Tem ContractWhat You'll DoCustomer Experience & SalesWelcome customers with elegance, representing the BrandGuide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertiseEnsure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationshipsProactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiencesEnhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experienceHandle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standardsSales Performance & Business DevelopmentAchieve and exceed sales targetsEngage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connectionsSupport and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and salesCollaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate...)Boutique Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the storeManage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organizationExecute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.What We're Looking ForExperience & SkillsAt least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail ExperienceStrong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plusConfidence in using digital tools and POS systemsYour PersonalityElegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-orientedHigh level of flexibility and ability to problem solveA natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detailsSelf-motivated, focused and able to use own initiativeFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.
