OverviewJoining TNP's Financial Services team, you will collaborate with the Top Management and/or the operational departments (Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial Department, Investments, etc.) of main Insurance market players in their strategic and business transformation projects.Who we areBased in Milan, TNP Italia is a consulting company specialized in managing transformation and performance optimization programs.TNP Italia is part of TNP Group, created in ****, a hybrid and independent consulting firm focused on operational and digital transformation in the sectors of industry & services, banking, insurance and the public sector.We are present in more than 10 countries including France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco and the US.TNP Italia, born in ****, supports key players in automotive, retail, fashion & luxury and transport sectors while developing its banking and insurance presence within the Italian market.Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver value and quality to our customers.How you will contributeConsulting mission– Be part of a team of consultants and actively participate in clients' missions: crunching data and preparing analysis results; helping in producing deliverables for the clients; developing client relationships by meeting with them regularly to assess their needs and progress; supporting the preparation of project committees.Business Development– Preparation and strategic study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.Communication & Marketing– Participation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events.What you will bring / QualificationsExperience (2+ years) in Risk & Regulation projects within leading consulting firms or with main Insurance market players.Knowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processes.Good knowledge of Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS regulations; ESG and sustainability impacts on the Insurance industry.Experience in implementing a Risk Governance framework for insurance companies.Estimation process of Technical Provisions; local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plus.Analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in complex processes with multiple parallel demands.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, curiosity and capability to work with autonomy.Advanced knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of analytics tools such as Python and Power BI is highly appreciated.Italian and English languages are mandatory; a third language is a plus.Passion for consulting.Why to join TNP ITALIAStart-up environment supported by a structured international group.Each opinion counts: here at TNP Italia, your voice will be heard.Dynamic team in which innovation is the main driver in all of our activities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
