We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this function and sustainably scale our growth.Your mission:You will grow and optimize our paid acquisition channel, improving the overall performance of our B2C e-commerce. You will focus primarily on Master's programs and on-demand courses. This is a mix of hands-on and strategic work.What you will do:Manage and optimize paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads.Develop and manage hybrid funnels (lead generation + direct conversions).Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, and paid-attributed revenue.Improve conversion rates (CRO) on landing pages and across the customer journey.Develop and optimize marketing automation flows using Brevo.Work on user reactivation, retention, and lost customer recovery.Scale budgets progressively based on performance and sustainability.Coordinate with the technical team for tracking and analytics setup.Products and funnel focus:Prioritize Master programs and on-demand courses.Other products are managed at the category level (webinars, short courses, etc.).Focus on a mix of new acquisition, retention, and lost user recovery.Strong focus on B2C e-commerce.Key KPIs:Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Paid-attributed revenueROAS by channel3–4 years of experience in performance marketing within B2C/e-commerceExperience in startup or scaleup environmentsStrong hands-on experience with:Google AdsMeta AdsGA4CRO and funnel optimizationMarketing automation tools (e.g., Brevo)Strong analytical and data-driven mindsetExperience in education, healthcare, or digital training is a plusEnglish level: B2 or higher (interviews will be conducted in English)The ideal candidate is respectful and collaborative and acts with honesty, transparency and consistency.Extra: Being based in Tuscany is a plus for occasional in-office collaboration.What we offer:Full remote roleA high-impact position with full ownership of performance marketingDirect collaboration with the CEO and managementStartup speed combined with a large group structurePerformance-based MBO bonus systemReal growth opportunity during a major scaling phase.Giunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
