Testing maintenance HSE Specialist - Job DescriptionAre you excited by the prospect of working for an industry leader in Health and Safety?Would you like to help us to improve the safety of our workforce?Join our teamWe create ways to collaborate with our colleagues, customers and communities.Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) are built into everything we do - product designing, planning and executing for our customers.Our expectation is to make everyday a Perfect HSE Day with no injuries, accidents or harm to the environment.Partner with the bestAs the Testing maintenance HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance activities in the testing center area being HSE frontline.You will partner with the testing operational Leaders, process safety Leader and the testing maintenance team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations.You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.In this role, you will:Support on Permit to work and interfering risks managingSupervise critical and high-risk testing maintenance activitiesCollaborate with the maintenance cell on the preparation of heat map with related defenses matrixSupport and develop special projects based on process safetyImprove and issue HSE testing maintenance procedures/work instructionsBe responsible on inspection/audit on testing maintenance contractorMonitor (H&S and E) performance (KPI) of our testing maintenance contractorSupport the Safety Talks deployment and HSE inductionSupport on checking the contractor documents and work-flow process for entranceSupport on Investigations and CAPA processSupport management of HSE Concerns and incidentsBe responsible for workshop JSA revision and "Non-Routinary" activitiesBe responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-upTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor Degree in a technical field from an accredited University (preferrable Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or Technical Diploma with relevant experienceHave relevant knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standardsStrong knowledge with HSE operations on Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing)Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skillsBeing Fluent in EnglishGreat experience in HSE operations within the Oil&Gas or Energy IndustryHave good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skillsDesired requirementHave preferably ASPP qualificationWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productiveWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.We know we are better when all our people are developed, engaged and able to bring their whole authentic selves to work.We invest in the health and well-being of our workforce, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels to bring out the best in each other.
