JOB DESCRIPTION Nell'ambito della Divisione Navi Mercantili, il Project Management ha il compito di gestire lo sviluppo delle commesse dalla fase di offerta alla consegna coinvolgendo le ?? funzioni, sia centralialatille di stabilimento, al fine di garantire, attraverso una programmazione inter-funzionale, il rispetto del budget, dei tempi di consegna e della qualità del prodotto finale.All'interno del Project Management Team, il/la Procurement Coordinator di commessa ha il compito di presidiare il processo di approvvigionamento di commessa, garantendo la coerenza con programma nave e budget di progetto, supervisionando le attività delle funzioni centrali e di stabilimento coinvolte nel processo acquisti.ATTIVITÀPresidiare il rispetto delle richieste contrattuali di fornitura, verificando eventuali peculiarità che debbano essere incluse nella specifica di acquisto;Elaborare, di concerto con il Planner di commessa, il programma delle forniture sulla base del Master Plan, delle informazioni standard di approvvigionamento (tempi di gara, tempi di emissione ordine, lead time di fornitura) e del programma preliminare dell'ingegneria;Monitorare l'avanzamento del programma delle forniture per garantire il rispetto dei tempi, evidenziando le criticità, anche su input del Planner (gare non eseguite, specifiche mancanti, etc.) e agendo per risolverle attraverso l'apporto di eventuali cambi al programma;Supportare il PM nella gestione delle forniture attraverso scelte strategiche di commessa (make or buy), lancio di iniziative specifiche, definizione per le forniture soggette a gara di vincoli su durata e numero fornitori;Controllare il processo di emissione ordini: tempistica di emissione, qualità degli ordini (inclusi clausole, procedure e documentazioni previste, verifiche a campione sulle quantità ordinate) e il loro valore rispetto al service previsto;Monitorare le RdA emesse dalle Unità Acquisti di Stabilimento e autorizzare l'emissione degli ordini relativi.REQUISITILaurea ad indirizzo Ingegneristico o Economico;Esperienza almeno triennale in ruoli di gestione degli acquisti e fornitori, maturata presso realtà strutturate e internazionali, operanti su Commessa, sviluppando un'ottima padronanza dei processi di gestione e monitoraggio acquisti;Utilizzo di Excel a livello evoluto;Conoscenza della lingua scritta e parlata a livello almeno B2;Spiccate capacità di autogestione, proattività nell'individuazione e risoluzione dei problemi, orientamento al team working e comunicazione;Capacità di lavorare in condizione di elevata richiesta del compito.#J-*****-Ljbffr
