Salary:Monthly gross: €1,750 Bonus: €518 Total Monthly Gross (including TFR/13°/14°/Leave/Additional Leave): €2,268Accommodation & Benefits:Shared double cabin onboardTravel to/from ship covered by employerOnboard meals includedAccess to crew facilities (gym, beach, bar, internet lounge)Crew discounts and visitor passes for family/friendsOpportunities for professional development and promotionSupportive, inclusive, international work environmentJob Description:As an Excursion Sales Specialist, you will promote and sell destination tours and excursions to guests onboard, assist during onshore activities, and ensure customer satisfaction and safety throughout the journey.Key Responsibilities:Sell and promote excursion packages aligned with revenue targetsSupport guests during excursions, including logistics and coordinationPrepare tour materials (tickets, maps, stickers, etc.)Report guest interests, requests, and feedback to the Tour ManagerProvide language assistance during excursions when neededMonitor guest behavior and ensure safety protocols are followedAssist injured or ill guests during excursions according to company proceduresRequirements:High school diploma in Tourism, Languages, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)Previous experience in Sales; experience in selling excursions, tours, or services is highly valuedFluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)Fluency in German OR strong sales experience (especially in excursions/services/tours)Proficiency in a fourth language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese is an assetConfident using Microsoft Office SuiteProactive, with strong teamwork and problem-solving skillsAvailability to live and work onboard for the full contract periodWillingness to complete mandatory STCW safety training (~10 days in passport country)Employment Conditions:Seasonal / Contract-basedFull-time, shift-based work including weekendsTravel, meals, and lodging covered by the employerSocial insurance provided according to maritime labor conventionsWe are currently looking for German speakers or candidates with strong sales experience, especially in selling excursions, tours, or services.Join us and create unforgettable guest experiences while traveling to unique global destinations.#J-*****-Ljbffr
