HR Business PartnerCompany:AlstomAt Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.WithinItaly "Services" HR organization and reporting to ServicesHR ITALY, theHuman Resources Business Partnerwill be in charge of the following responsibilities:Understand and prioritize business needs and translate them into HR actionsBe responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, managing complex issues within area of expertise, and contribute to the overall strategyServe as HR Business Partner for assigned population in a multisite context.Manage HR processes within HR as required/assigned.Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations.Exercise good judgment and decision-making in the best interest of maintaining amenable labor-management relations.Investigate employee relation matters and recommend appropriate actions.Ensure full compliance with ALSTOM EHS policy.Actively coach managers in people management practices.Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long-term strategic business objectives.Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions.Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems.Monitor, participate in and drive workforce planning and recruitment activities.Minimum qualifications3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR ManagerAble to work in an international and multicultural environmentAbility to properly handle confidential and sensitive informationKnowledge of national and local contractsFlexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgmentStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment being able to take decisions quickly under pressureBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Law, Economics, etc.)Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong planning and organizational skillsFluent in English and ItalianRequired frequent mobility between sites (60%)Good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Office 365 suite, etc.)The resource could be based on one of our main site (Sesto San Giovanni-MI; Nola-NA; Rome; Savigliano-CN ) and available to 60% of the time in business tripYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
