Visual Merchandising Specialist Location:MilanoOpportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamicVisual Merchandising Specialistto join our Retail team.This role is key to supporting the strategic and operational excellence of our love brands within the fragrance and beauty categories.The role involves cross-functional collaboration with the Marketing & Commercial team to ensure seamless project execution, consistent store support, and high-level retail standards.Key Responsibilities:The Visual Merchandising Specialist will support the Team within the following activities:Manage and maintain store master data and the OMD system; oversee the opening and management of new POS and concessions in coordination with the Commercial team;Coordinate retail projects for Niche brands support to Opex management, liaising directly with HQ for approvals and execution;Implementation of Planograms and VM permanent / semi-permanent for each brand in accordance with HQ & Marketing team guidelines;Support project management activities for store openings and activations;Lead management and analysis of the Prestige and Premium brand portfolio;Support commercial team on Rex tracking and reporting;Implement and promote Retail Excellence guidelines, ensuring full compliance across all retail environments in accordance with in store manager and marketing and bran team;Manage external suppliers ensuring high-quality installations in line with brand standards and timing;Process Purchase Orders (PO) and handle CPS and material uploads in relevant systems;Support the preparation and follow-up of store visit plans and related guidelines;Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Training teams to support in-store activations.Competences:Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty and Luxury industry;Master's Degree or equivalent in Economics or Marketing field;Fluency in Italian and English - Spanish is a plus;Excellent analytical skills;Flexibility, proactivity and problem solving skills;Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;Attention to detail is a must;Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign considered a plus.Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.At Puig, we are continually looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences to join our team.We believe that creating an inclusive environment in which you feel welcomed, valued, engaged, and empowered strengthens our business and fosters a culture where we are inspired to work hard, challenge ourselves, and be innovative in our thinking.Additionally, we believe that the diversity of our employees makes us a stronger company and better able to serve our customers around the world.
