Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Tax &, Accounting Specialist per un'importante azienda cliente Sei pronto/a a dare una svolta alla tua carriera e diventare il punto di riferimento fiscale di un'azienda in crescita nel settore della mobilit del futuro? All'interno della realt aziendale il/la Tax &, Accounting Specialist avr un ruolo chiave: 75% Tax – 25% Accounting, con un impatto diretto sulle strategie fiscali e sulla compliance di tutte le attivit italiane ed europee. ???? Di cosa ti occuperai Area Tax (core del ruolo): Monitorare e analizzare le novit fiscali, fornendo consulenza strategica al management Gestire tutte le attivit di compliance: dichiarazioni dirette/indirette, IVA, adempimenti periodici Supportare operazioni straordinarie e transazioni domestiche e cross-border Interfacciarti con l'Agenzia delle Entrate in regime di cooperative compliance Redigere documentazione Transfer Pricing europea Contribuire al calcolo di IRES, IRAP, imposte differite e consolidato fiscale Coordinare il reporting fiscale verso il Global Tax Center Area Accounting: Registrazioni contabili, ratei e risconti, chiusure mensili per reporting di Gruppo Supporto al bilancio civilistico e gestione dell'audit annuale Gestione dei libri obbligatori e adempimenti correlati ???? Chi stiamo cercando Laurea in Economia (preferenza per indirizzo fiscale) 5–7 anni di esperienza in ambito Tax (societ strutturate o studi) Ottima conoscenza di fiscalit diretta/indiretta e Transfer Pricing Italiano madrelingua Inglese fluente (B2/C1) Preferibile conoscenza di SAP Capacit di analisi, problem solving e comunicazione efficace ????
