Req ID:******At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Train Performance Manager (TPM)Scope of MissionLeads the Train System's Technical Development & Validation throughout the V-cycle and lifecycle and ensures that train performances fulfil the customer & regulatory requirements.TPM is the main focal point to the customer for train performance & functionality topics.TPM is also accountable for the Train Reliability, for Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), for LCC target achievement, for Cybersecurity, for Validation and Engineering contribution to Certification & Authorization.ResponsibilitiesActs as main technical focal point for the customer for train performance topics.Leads the train system development and validation (operability analysis, system definition and architecture, performances, functions)Ensures conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements & specificationsCollects and analyses customer needs and requirementsLeads operational analysisLeads development of a consistent set of train level requirements & specifications, complying with Alstom standardsLeads functional analysis, specification, and architecture at system level in collaboration with Sub-Systems Groups, esp.C&ISLeads requirements specification and allocation to sub-system level, including electrical & functional interfaces definitionSupports System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers and ensures that Sub-Systems' design is converging toward specified targets along project life cycle convergenceLeads verification and validation activities at system levelDuring train revenue service leads technical open issues resolution in line with project strategy, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closureSkill, Education & KnowledgeBusiness English fluentCustomer orientedStrong skills on technical managementAbility to switch between problem perspective to solution perspectiveAbility to lead a project teamAbility to challenge and to be challengedAbility to foster communications between multiple stakeholders / metiersAbility for analysis, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environmentReadiness to travel.You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.Job Type: Experienced#J-*****-Ljbffr
